Senior Product manager/Senior Promo manager/CPO (B2C) Offline

We are an international iGaming company developing our own B2C products with a team of professionals. We build our proprietary in-house platform covering all key areas: casino, payment modules, CRM, bonus mechanics, and user experience.

 

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us develop client interfaces, launch new features and events, and integrate external services.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. External Service Integration

  • Integrate external services (authorization, verification, KYC/fingerprint, customer services)
  • Understand their role and impact on the overall product ecosystem

2. Client Interface Development

  • Develop client interfaces (Web/Mobile/TMA)
  • Form feature prioritization strategies
  • Design sorting and filtering mechanisms
  • Manage features through admin panel

3. Full-Cycle Feature Launch

  • Oversee complete feature/event launch cycle
  • From logic and mathematics setup to design, testing, and bug fixes
  • Ensure seamless delivery from concept to production

4. Product Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain PRD and other product documentation
  • Formulate requirements and coordinate with development, design, and business teams
  • Follow the flow: Goal β†’ Metrics β†’ Requirements β†’ Scenarios β†’ Acceptance Criteria

5. Analytics & Data

  • Work with analytical tools (MixPanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Interpret user behavior data in collaboration with analysts
  • Make data-driven product decisions

6. Required Qualifications🎰 iGaming Expertise

  • Experience with iGaming B2C platforms
  • Deep understanding of industry specifics and customer experience
  • Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance requirements

7.  Technical Integration Experience

  • Experience integrating external systems (Customer.io, Fingerprint, betting providers, game providers, mailing services, etc.)
  • Understanding of product architecture: bonus scripts, automations, CRM infrastructure

8. Analytics & UX

  • Experience with MixPanel or similar analytical systems
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Experience with CJM and user flow design
  • Ability to defend product logic and coordinate decisions with designers

     

Nice to Have

1. Gaming Product Patterns

  • Knowledge of gaming product patterns: sorting, categories, geo-adaptation
  • Experience creating gaming events and loyalty programs (battle pass, daily bonuses, cyclical loyalty programs, etc.)

2. Technical Skills

  • Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis
  • Proficiency with Figma and Miro for design and process visualization
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies

3. Market Knowledge

  • Experience with CIS, European, or Asian gaming markets
  • Understanding of localization requirements for different geos
