Job Title: Remote Estimating Specialist 
Location: Remote (EST Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM)

  What You Will Do:

   

• Work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed, accurate project estimates, including scope, budget, and timelines.
• Recommend the best materials and products for specific project needs (window repairs, glass installation, interior design, etc.).
• Maintain and update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to provide comprehensive

  quotes.

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability.

• Assist the Sales team with client presentations by providing technical insights and

  cost evaluations.

• Monitor and improve the accuracy and eQiciency of estimation processes.

• Prepare reports and documentation to support contract negotiations and project

  execution.

   

  Skills You Need:
  
  Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the glass, windows, or interior design industries.

• Minimum 1 year in glazing, construction, or the window/door industry (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of industry-specific terminology (e.g., tempered glass, curtain

  walls, U-factor in glazing).

• Analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost estimation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, or project management tools.

• Strong communication skills, especially for remote work.

  Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of US building codes and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
