Operations Manager

What you’ll do

• Keep operational trackers, reports, and roadmaps updated and accurate.
• Gather updates from multiple sources (Slack, Jira, Google Sheets) and ensure team alignment.
• Send deadline reminders and follow-ups to keep projects on track.
• Draft initial partner/vendor communications and handle routine correspondence.
• Collect team feedback, turn it into actionable points, and follow up on progress.
• Monitor task completion, maintain checklists, and escalate blockers with clear summaries.
• Collect data and inputs for incident documentation and draft incident reports.
• Maintain document databases (clients, providers, processes) in an up-to-date format.
• Oversee onboarding processes, prepare checklists, and support new hires.
• Keep internal knowledge bases (Confluence) organized and updated.
• (Nice to have) Spot trends and share insights to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, project coordination, or a similar role (preferably in iGaming or tech).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach — anticipating issues before they arise.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with gambling/iGaming operations.
• Basic data analytics skills.
