Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations Management:
    • Develop and implement an operational strategy to drive growth and efficiency within the network.
    • Optimize business processes to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
       
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Oversee all operational processes 
    • Implement and maintain high standards of service and quality, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. 
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the operational budget, control expenses, and optimize costs.
    • Plan and monitor the achievement of financial targets.
       
  • Client and Partner Relations:
    • Ensure a high level of customer service, analyze customer needs, and develop solutions to meet them.
    • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and other key partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, improve processes, and manage large teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and budget management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to make quick decisions. 
  • Proficiency in English for business communication
