β Experience in performance management projects.
β Skills in taking audits of bonus programs, analysis of its efficiency, preparing audit reports and follow-up implementation of recommendations.
Will be plus:

β Understanding of KornFerry, Mercer methodology
Soft Skills:
β Communication skills for taking interviews with all levels employees (from specialist to C-level)
β Attention to details
β Critical thinking: looking for proofs, analysis from different points of view
β Writing skills: prepare audits reports with summary and detailed information
β Ability to work autonomously on tasks, demonstrate deep understanding of existing motivation programs
Responsibilities:
Bonus Programs Design & Implementation:
β Design and develop performance-based bonus programs in collaboration -with department Heads and the Compensation Manager.
β Ensure bonus programs are aligned with company goals, employee performance metrics, and industry standards.
β Automate bonus systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Bonus System Optimization:
β Regularly review and optimize bonus programs based on feedback, business performance, and market trends.
β Analyze the effectiveness of current bonus systems, identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure they remain motivating and fair.
β Provide recommendations to ensure bonus structures are competitive and support employee retention and attraction.
Documentation & Communication:
β Create detailed documentation and clear communication materials for employees, explaining bonus eligibility, metrics, and payout structures.
β Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure employees are informed and have easy access to bonus program information.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
β Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure the timely and accurate payout of bonuses.
β Work with department heads to customize bonus structures that meet specific business unit needs while aligning with company-wide goals.
β Ensure consistent application of bonus-related policies across all departments and locations.
Market Benchmarking & Analysis:
β Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market practices in bonus program design and implementation.
β Benchmark the companyβs bonus structures against competitors to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
