Strong Junior UX/UI, Graphic Designer

To succeed in this role, we need someone who can quickly adapt to fast-changing environments, is confident in engaging in client calls, and possesses excellent English skills to communicate design ideas and decisions effectively. Our clients come from various domains and are different in size and nature, from Startups to Enterprises, so effective collaboration with various stakeholders will play a significant part in your success in this role.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help reach our client’s product objectives;
• Directly collaborate with our clients during Product Discovery Phases and Brainstorming sessions);
• Come up with UX/UI solutions based on the client's business goals;
• Prepare and present UX/UI solutions to internal and external teams;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Build Functionalities logic flowcharts;
• Create UX wireframes and UI layouts and deliver them to the stakeholders;
• Create clickable prototypes of the products/features;
• Build and introduce design requirements of the solution for the development team;
• Hold a product design review after implementation (to ensure the quality of visuals after the product passes the quality assurance process);  

• Support the team with graphic design materials (mostly for presentations, mapping the user journeys, workflows).

   

What will you need?

• At least 1.5  years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
• Experience with creating Graphic Design materials (presentations, simple illustrations/icons, and workflows);
• English - Upper-Intermediate;
• Solid knowledge of User Experience and Interface design;
• Design systems proficiency (from their creation to scale) and familiarity with Material and HIG;;
• Strong analytical and UX writing skills;
• Knowledge of Figma tool (confident about features, such as prototyping, components, variables, auto-layouts, and AI instruments);
• Knowledge of diagramming tools ( e.g., FigJam, Whimsical, Miro);
• Portfolio of UX/UI and Graphic design projects;
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;

• Good time-management skills. 

   

Would be an advantage:

• Experience or passion for AI products (and, of course, willingness to develop in this area);
• Experience in working with Startups and Enterprise clients;
• Good understanding of accessibility and usability standards;
• Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar tools;
• Basic knowledge of Frontend and Backend development principles.
