Core Purpose of the Project

Enable the product to predict, prevent, and personalize user interactions from onboarding to churn through smart automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate between stakeholders, development teams, and clients to define scope, priorities, and objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
