It connects to sources like banks, POS systems, and advertising platforms to deliver daily profit & loss snapshots, cash flow plans, and peer benchmarking - all in real time. With integrations across finance, e‑commerce, and marketing tools, Iris provides the clarity and automation brands need to grow confidently 

What You’ll Do

• Build fullstack platform features
• Develop and optimize features for financial workflows: demand planning, cashflow forecasting, board-ready models, and more
• Develop with AI native tools like Cursor
• Work closely with the founders on product roadmap, user experience, and prioritization
• Thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Fluency with modern backend (Next.js) and frontend frameworks (React)
• Strong experience with AWS, Cursor (or other AI-assisted code tooling), and data-centric infrastructure
• Deep curiosity and understanding of financial systems or consumer brand operations (or willingness to learn fast)
• Comfortable building solo

Would be a Plus

• Experience with forecasting models, time series, or FP&A tooling
• Experience with dashboarding tools like looker, power BI, etc.
