Lead Generation Specialist/SDR/Outreach Specialist

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Expert who will be the engine driving our sales pipeline by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads with exceptional communication and a data-driven approach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Gen / SDR / BDR roles in B2B tech sales;
- Experienced user of CRM systems like Hubspot, Pipedrive,
- Experienced user of automated instruments for sales lead qualification and scoring like Phantombuster, Snov.io, Data Miner, Insta data scraper, lead IQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay;
- Upper-intermediate English level;
- Strong business acumen & writing skills.

As a Leadgen Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Communication Strategy: craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages aligned with our ICP and services, continuously testing and optimizing to boost engagement and conversions.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: source high-quality leads via platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and Clutch. Use tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, Snov.io, Clay) to launch and manage outbound campaigns, identifying quick-win opportunities.
- LinkedIn Profile Management: manage 3 optimized LinkedIn profiles, actively engage with industry content, and build connections to boost visibility and lead flow.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain lead data in HubSpot/Pipedrive. Automate outreach with tools like Waalaxy, LinkedHelper and Snov.io. Track key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Collaboration & Innovation: Propose new lead sourcing strategies, align with marketing and sales, and identify early client needs to support growth initiatives.
