Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer

We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!

We are looking for a Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer who can handle various types of tasks, quickly adapt to new challenges, and create designs that enhance the user experience of our products. 
Dynamic tasks, a flexible approach, and the opportunity to influence design decisions - all of this awaits you in our team!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Generating hypotheses to solve user problems in our product, validating them with data alongside the analyst and product manager
• Researching best UX practices outside the R&D application niches
• Formulating UX concepts for new products and, based on this, building wireframes for presenting to the team when launching a new product or a major feature
• Researching and analyzing the UX of competitor applications
• Collaborating with the Product Manager and PMM (Product Marketing Manager) to develop designs for monetization experiments
• Collaborating with the Product Manager and PMM on user research – identifying their jobs-to-be-done, what's primarily important to them versus secondary, and checking if they have all the necessary information on how to best use the application
• Develop compelling user interface layouts focused on attracting new users
• Enhance existing designs through A/B testing to optimize user flows and increase purchase conversions

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

   

What you’ll need:

• Solid understanding of modern mobile/web design patterns and best practices
• Experience in creating and implementing design systems
• Strong UI and UX design skills with a keen eye for detail
• User Empathy/Understanding Users: The ability to deeply understand user behavior and needs
• Activation Flow Analysis: Skill in analyzing user flows to identify areas for growth in user activation ("aha moment") by simplifying the flow or focusing users on essential elements
• Hypothesis Prioritization: Knowledge of how to prioritize hypotheses, guiding actions by the potential impact of an idea (task) on the overall product outcome, rather than working on everything haphazardly
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility in adapting design decisions to align with both user needs and business objectives
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to actively participate in feature discussions and propose well-reasoned improvements

• Ability to effectively present and articulate design ideas

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with web builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer)
• Ability to create illustrations
• Proficiency in using AI tools for automation or small, routine tasks
• Ability to conduct user interviews

• Experience using platforms like Maze for testing prototypes with real users
