Content Marketing Specialist (AI, B2B, Services) to $2500

Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and complex problem-solving.

We're looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who can scale our content marketing and drive tangible business results. You'll own content strategy and execution across all channels β€” from technical deep-dives that showcase our AI capabilities to website copy that converts founders into qualified leads.

This isn't about managing campaigns or coordinating teams. This is about producing high-quality, high-volume content that builds trust with AI-focused founders and executives who need serious technical partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create comprehensive content strategies for AI-focused B2B audiences β€” founders, CTOs, and executives evaluating AI implementation partners.
  • Write technical content that sells β€” articles, case studies, and thought leadership that demonstrates our AI expertise while driving pipeline.
  • Develop website copy and landing pages that convert technical decision-makers into qualified leads.
  • Produce presentation materials for sales calls, conferences, and partnership meetings.
  • Manage social media presence β€” LinkedIn posts, comments, and engagement that builds credibility in AI/B2B software communities.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to translate complex AI implementations into compelling business stories.
  • Analyze and optimize content performance to improve lead generation and pipeline quality.

     

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in software services, consulting, or custom development companies.
  • Proven track record creating content that drives qualified leads and supports complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML landscape β€” you know the difference between ChatGPT integrations and custom AI systems, and can communicate technical capabilities to business audiences.
  • Content strategy expertise β€” you've built and executed content programs that scale, not just individual pieces.
  • Technical curiosity β€” ability to quickly grasp AI implementations, SaaS architectures, and custom development projects.
  • Self-directed execution β€” you can work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a startup environment.
  • Experience working with technical teams β€” you know how to extract insights from engineers and product leads to create compelling content.
  • Exceptional writing skills in English (C1+) β€” you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience marketing AI/ML products or services.
  • Background in technical writing or developer marketing.
  • Experience with account-based marketing for high-value B2B deals.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing systems.
