SMM Manager – LATAM (Online Casino)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior SMM Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence in LATAM β€” from strategy and planning to content execution and community engagement.

This is a high-impact role where you will define how the brand looks, sounds, and interacts with its audience β€” blending creativity, cultural relevance, and smart storytelling.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create reactive, trend-driven content and capitalize on real-time opportunities
  • Lead community management: audience interaction, engagement mechanics, giveaways, challenges
  • Source and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, streamers, and creators
  • Write creative briefs for designers and copywriters, review and approve final assets
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to shape and evolve the SMM strategy
  • Support offline events and brand activations through social media coverage and promotion

 

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming / online casino / affiliate / CPA (2+ years) is a plus, but we’re open to candidates without it, if you have a strong SMM track record and deep understanding of the LATAM digital landscape
  • 3+ years in SMM and copywriting with a portfolio of successful social campaigns
  • Ability to create engaging content independently (Stories, Reels, visuals) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent understanding of local trends, cultural nuances, humor, and audience behaviors
  • Creative thinking, strong writing skills, visual and verbal brand sense
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics

 

Languages

  • Spanish β€” fluent/native (required)
  • Portuguese β€” a plus
  • English β€” B2 or higher (for internal communication)
