Sales Manager (Web & Mobile Development)

OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. We work with web and mobile development, UI/UX design, and custom software solutions. The role includes both working with warm leads and active outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with incoming leads and search for new opportunities
- Conduct intro calls, negotiate terms, and build trust with clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients on active projects
- Support teams with clear and timely updates (daily/weekly syncs)
- Prepare and manage documentation: SoW, MSAs, NDAs, proposals
- Manage leads, deals, and communication in HubSpot and our internal CRM
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and devs to align on scope and next steps
- Provide regular reporting and follow-ups to leadership
Requirements:
- 1โ3 years of experience in IT sales or client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English โ Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
- Understanding of how outsourcing teams work (roles, timelines, delivery process)
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- Responsible, structured, and easy to collaborate with
Nice to have:
- Experience working with proposals and technical estimates
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, or other outbound channels
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development lifecycle
