IT Sales Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate English and above (both verbal and written)
- Good soft skills, understanding of human psychology and decision-making process
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development processes
- Understanding of B2B sales lifecycle
- Great negotiation skills.

Would be a plus:
- Previous experience in sales (whether B2B or B2C)
- Previous experience selling IT services through various channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Conversion from hot lead to customer through full cycle of sales pipeline
- Scheduling and performing calls with prospective customers
- Gathering basic requirements
- Contract negotiation and closure
- Managing leads and prospects inside CRM.
