Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are inviting a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition specialist with strong recruitment experience across I-gaming industry, capable of handling multiple roles, particularly in gambling, betting and tech, and assisting with the onboarding process.

Your responsibilty:

- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

- Implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates; including, but not limited to job sites, online recruiting, social media, etc.

- Partner with management to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates

- Manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously

- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires

Our criteria:
- 3+ Years experience in recruitment, at least 1 year in i-gaming industry 

- Possess strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects

- Absolute team player - we can only achieve our high ambitions by working together

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

- Strong level of Ukrainian and English languages
