Product Owner (FB Acquisition)

We are building a performance-driven iGaming platform and are looking for a Product Owner to lead Facebook acquisition funnel optimization. This role sits at the intersection of Product and Growth, and requires a hands-on specialist with deep experience in paid traffic (especially Facebook), funnel design, and monetization. You should be passionate about data-driven product development, user behavior, and scaling profitable acquisition channels. Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other conversion-focused industries is a big plus.

Your tasks:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end user acquisition funnel tailored specifically for Facebook traffic β€” from ad click to deposit.
  • Lead the discovery, planning, and execution of features that increase the conversion and monetization of Facebook-acquired users.
  • Deep-dive into competitor funnels, landing pages, and promo mechanics to identify winning strategies and market gaps.
  • Understand Facebook traffic behavior, user intent, and promo responsiveness to design relevant onboarding and engagement flows.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, BI, and development teams to deliver rapid experimentation, unblock growth initiatives, and scale profitable acquisition.
  • Define, launch, and iterate A/B and multivariate tests (e.g. creatives, offers, bonuses, UI steps) with short feedback loops.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to funnel performance using CPA, ARPU, payback period, retention, and monetization metrics.
  • Translate insights into clear backlog items, maintain prioritization, and ensure timely delivery with engineering and design.
     

Our criteria:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Growth PM, or Product Manager, focused on paid acquisition or funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads traffic and understanding of behavioral nuances of social traffic users.
  • Strong grasp of UA and monetization metrics: CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, retention, ARPU, etc.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable product changes.
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels β€” from landing pages to registration and deposit flow.
  • Proficient with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience working with cross-functional growth squads.
  • Background in iGaming or fintech domains is a big plus.
  • Fluent in English (B2+/C1 minimum).

Success Metrics:

  • Reg2Dep & click-to-deposit conversion rates for Facebook users.
  • CPA vs. LTV ratio β€” ensuring profitability of FB traffic.
  • Volume of Facebook traffic accepted and successfully monetized across operators.
  • Number and speed of tests launched, validated, or iterated.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and delivery velocity of FB-focused product features.
