Project manager

We’re looking for Project manager for building a U.S.- compliant version of an existing trading platform and need a hands-on Project Manager with fintech experience. You’ll manage delivery across product, compliance, and integration teams—keeping things on track as we adapt for U.S. regulatory and market needs.

Ideal candidates have experience in brokerage, payments, or trading systems, and can work closely with both developers and compliance teams. Ukrainian-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Position: Project Manager – Fintech / U.S. Market
Location: Remote (preferably Ukraine-based)
Type: Full-time or contract
Salary: Mid-range (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Drive execution across product, development, compliance, and DevOps teams from the scratch.
Own timelines, Jira backlog, and cross-team coordination
Work with compliance and BA to track regulatory deliverables (KYC, AML, disclosures)
Manage integration scope with the clearing broker (account setup, trade routing, ACH transfers)
Ensure requirements are implemented across frontend/backend properly (e.g., PDT rule, disclosures, statements)
Coordinate UAT and support launch readiness

Requirements
3+ years as a Project Manager in fintech, brokerage, trading platforms, or payments
Strong understanding of product delivery cycles (Agile, Jira, Confluence)
Experience leading cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, legal/compliance)
Able to convert compliance and legal inputs into actionable tasks
English: working proficiency or higher

Nice to Have (not required, but a plus)
Experience supporting U.S. regulatory onboarding (e.g. FINRA New Member Application)
Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, SIPC, or U.S. brokerage rules
Worked with clearing firms or built trading/account infrastructure
Basic understanding of PDT rules, margin requirements, confirmations, and tax reporting flows
