SMM/Graphics Designer

We’re Hiring: Part-Time SMM/Graphics Designer

~20 hours/week to start — remote, flexible, hourly

Hi! We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency. We partner with fast-moving startups and future-minded companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech — helping them raise over $20M and launch platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and more.

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Part-Time SMM/Graphics Designer who’s excited about crafting clean, intuitive interfaces that actually help users and businesses succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging graphics for social media, landing pages, and marketing materials
• Plan and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Create and maintain a visual style aligned with our brand and clients
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and devs to bring product stories to life
• Track performance and iterate based on engagement data and feedback

• Support internal brand updates, case studies, and visual assets

   

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and/or social media management
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and social visuals (static + animated)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to write short, impactful copy or collaborate with a copywriter

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership of your work

   

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience working with startups or in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
• Knowledge of basic social media ad formats and platform algorithms

• Interest in analytics, growth marketing, or branding strategy
