Sales Development Representative (IT Staffing/Recruiting)

UNITED CODE Inc. is an ambitious remote-first staffing startup with headquarters in the USA. We are now seeking a Sales Development Representative with strong expertise in the B2B sector to join our Outbound Team. 

Your key role will be to create a strong pipeline of warm leads for our Sales Representatives.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound Sales or Business Development with English-speaking prospects
  • Experience in one of the industries: Software/Hardware IT, SaaS, Recruiting
  • Upper-intermediate WRITTEN English 
  • Ability to engage with qualified leads via Email, LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO CRM preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive attitude and high self-organization

 

Nice To have:

  • Upper-intermediate speaking English skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cold outreach (LinkedIn, emails) using automation tools and a Research assistant
  • Identify Prospects who fit the ICP and the Buyer Persona, understand their business needs, and establish common ground
  • Developing long-term relationships with potential Prospects and Partners
  • Setting online appointments between the Prospect and the Sales Rep
