Middle Data Analyst

FLH Services is helping our client find a proactive and results-driven Middle Data Analyst to join a digital company in the Payments space, supporting business decisions through high-quality analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar (e.g., Payment Analyst)
• Strong Tableau skills: dashboards, calculated fields, performance optimization
• Confident SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working cross-functionally and aligning business needs with data
• Understanding of product and marketing metrics (e.g., Approval Rate, LTV)
• Ability to build predictive models for forecasting
• English level: B2

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
• Translate business problems into data tasks and deliver insights
• Define KPIs with stakeholders
• Extract and prepare data using SQL
• Present findings clearly for both technical and non-technical teams
• Improve dashboard usability, speed, and clarity
• Analyze billing models and product profitability
• Work with Python developers on data structuring

Nice to Have

• Background in Payments or FinTech
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Understanding of data visualization and UX best practices
• Basic Python knowledge
