Databank Support Engineer (offline)

Areas of responsibility:
- Setting up, filling in and supporting our libraries for Dental System and Implant Planning software packages
- Working with our partners all over the world on receiving 3D data, technical clarifications, modifying and placing them into the databank
- Providing support of databank in terms of problems identification (if any occurs) and arranging them to be solved by the development

You should have experience in the following fields:
- Full working proficiency in written and spoken English
- Advanced PC user
- Previous experience in databank support (especially for a Dental software) is a big plus
- Degree in IT or/and linguistic will be a big advantage

You should possess the following personal competencies:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Quick learning ability
