Account / Affiliate Manager

Requirements

  • English B2+;
  • Experience in the affiliate field (iGaming, cryptocurrency, traffic);
  • Understanding of RS / CPA / Hybrid models and user acquisition funnels;
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships;
  • Confident use of analytical tools;
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, and analytics;
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships;
  • Analytical thinking: working with metrics, data, and performance reports;
  • Strong organizational skills: multitasking and prioritizing while managing a large number of partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective affiliate network to drive high-quality traffic to the platform;
  • Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new partners, including participation in relevant industry conferences;
  • Manage existing affiliate relationships and ensure compliance with agreed terms;
  • Monitor traffic performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI;
  • Create and scale user acquisition channels (RS, CPA, Hybrid);
  • Prepare regular reports and proposals to enhance the affiliate program;
  • Prevent fraud and protect against unethical schemes;
  • Collect, analyze, and systematize partner feedback and relay it to the product team;
  • Update offers, creatives, and tools to boost performance;
  • Grow and motivate key affiliates and top referrers.
