Operations Manager

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and execution power to our fast-moving team.

We’re a fast-growing Web3 company building infrastructure for real-world asset tokenization and digital investment onboarding. Working at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and crowdfunding, we help businesses unlock new capital through innovative tech.

This role is key to scaling our internal operations and ensuring all parts of the company move in sync.

🧭 Strategy & Ownership

• Own and optimize all core operational processes across departments
• Lead the implementation and execution of company-wide OKRs and KPIs
• Monitor cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic goals are met
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Founders to keep everything on track

⚙️ Execution & Process Control

• Manage project and task tracking across the company (Jira and other tools)
• Ensure deadlines are met, blockers are removed, and teams stay accountable
• Maintain regular reporting on task progress and execution quality
• Run ops check-ins, team syncs, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned
• Oversee documentation of processes, workflows, and internal policies
• Set up and optimize internal dashboards for visibility and reporting

📊 Metrics, Reporting & Performance

• Track progress on OKRs/KPIs across teams and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain clear, structured reporting for leadership and stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Build templates and automate recurring reports for operational visibility
• Audit team performance, task completion rates, and operational bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data and feedback

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business performance roles
• Strong understanding of goal-setting frameworks like OKRs and KPI tracking
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (preferably Jira)
• Confident communicator with leadership presence
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
