Senior UX Designer (German is a must)

We are an international full-cycle digital agency with offices in Germany (Stuttgart) and Ukraine (Lviv). With over 23 years of experience, we provide long-term support to our clients, most of whom operate on an international level. Our range of services includes strategic consulting and the development of various digital and software solutions to support online and content marketing.
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our full-service digital agency, working on web, app, and digital product experiences for international clients. In this role, you’ll drive user-centered design processes from research to final prototypes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including developers, project managers, UI designers, and AI specialists.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric concepts and experiences for websites, apps, and digital products.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and structure information architecture.
- Build wireframes and prototypes (from low- to high-fidelity) to ensure smooth UX across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Present your designs confidently in both English and German — even on C-level.
- Plan and lead workshops and client presentations.
- Use AI-based tools to streamline design workflows.
- Mentor and support junior designers in the team.
Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally in an agency or international environment.
- Strong expertise in user research, UX strategy, and information architecture.
- Mastery of Figma and experience building design systems.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience using AI tools in ideation, prototyping, or design optimization.
- Degree in graphic design, media/communication design, web design, or similar.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high sense of ownership.
- Fluent German and very good English are both required.
