Requirements:

3+ years as a Technical PM or Engineering PM with proven experience managing multi-stream technical teams (DevOps, FE, BE, QA)

2+ years of experience in technical writing for software products (preferably B2B or DevOps platforms)

Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, API specs, infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, DevOps)

Experience managing parallel streams: DevOps, Frontend, Backend, Documentation

Experience working with infrastructure-heavy and cloud-native products

Confident user of:

Jira (project management & reporting)

Miro (flow planning, retros)

Figma (UI reviews)

Slack, Google Workspace

Git (basic understanding of PR process)

Ability to document, organize, and standardize processes independently

Facilitation skills for discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and retrospectives

Nice to Have:

Experience with infrastructure-heavy or cloud-native B2B products

Exposure to Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, YAML

Markdown / AsciiDoc / Git-based doc flows

Experience documenting Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, GPU operators, or CI/CD pipelines

Created runbooks, release notes, system architecture docs

Comfortable gathering info directly from engineers

Responsibilities:

Own project roadmap, delivery tracking, and team coordination across 3โ€“5 streams

Bridge communication between client, engineers, and internal leadership.

Own and maintain all technical documentation, including infrastructure guides, API references, and UI onboarding flows

Run scrum ceremonies and delivery reporting

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers

Track key-person risks (e.g., DevOps resource overload or unavailability)

Keep decision logs and maintain a record of critical project changes

Aggregate time tracking data, team capacity, cost usage

Prepare status reports with budget, burn rate, and delivery progress

Monitor efficiency and delivery velocity per stream

Translate business requirements into actionable tasks

Review and assist with TSDs, API specs, infrastructure documentation

Define and maintain Definition of Ready / Definition of Done

Support DevOps and engineering with CI/CD pipeline logic and architecture-level context
