CRO Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented CRO Specialist to join our team and improve how users engage, convert, and interact across our digital assets. You’ll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, setting up A/B tests, and crafting seamless experiences that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
Audit and Analyze:
Conduct audits of landing pages, websites, and user journeys to identify friction points and conversion roadblocks using tools like Hotjar, GA4, Clarity, and others.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize CTAs, headlines, layouts, UX flows, and copy.

User Behavior Insights:
Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and user feedback to understand behavior and inform test hypotheses.

Performance Reporting:
Build regular reports and dashboards to track test performance, learnings, and overall impact on conversion KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, content, and growth teams to implement winning experiments and push scalable optimizations.

Strategic Roadmapping:
Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap based on research, business priorities, and seasonal goals.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or performance marketing

Proficiency with tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Clarity, etc.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation

Solid understanding of UX, user behavior, and funnel performance

Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress)

Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex ideas with data-driven reasoning

Experience working in a fast-paced digital or agency environment is a plus

Preferred Qualities
Growth mindset with a strong bias for experimentation

Comfortable juggling multiple tests and priorities at once

Data-obsessed, but knows how to turn data into human-focused UX

Familiarity with SEO or paid acquisition is a bonus
