Marketing Manager (eCommerce / Client Management)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and manage marketing operations for our Accelerator clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. You’ll work closely with media buyers, content creators, and technical teams to ensure all marketing tasks are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing operations for multiple eCommerce clients.
  • Coordinate with media buyers, designers, and email marketers to ensure execution across channels.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Track and ensure completion of all campaign assets (ads, emails, landing pages, etc.).
  • Support in planning and launching marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and other platforms.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and assist in weekly reporting and task prioritization.
  • Troubleshoot blockers and escalate issues when needed.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English – both written and spoken (client-facing role).
  • Proven project management experience (ideally in a marketing or agency environment).
  • Solid understanding of Shopify and eCommerce operations.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo – from campaign setup to flows and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with social media strategy and content coordination (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Google Drive, Slack, and similar project management platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Understanding of paid media strategies (Meta & Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with creative production processes.
