Trainee Lead Generation/Recruiter to $300

Responsibilities:

— Monitor potential clients & prepare personalized cover letters on Upwork;
— Build a leads database through Upwork & Clutch;
— Prepare sales approach and outbound sequence for reaching prospects on LinkedIn;

Additional:

— B1-B2 English level (good skills in written communication);
— No experience in IT lead generation is required;
— You need to be ready to communicate with candidates and clients all day;
— Candidates from Ivano-Frankivsk will be considered first;
