Senior Data Analyst

Quintagroup is looking for Senior Data Analyst to join a cross-functional delivery team working on a long-term FinTech platform for a US client operating in the real estate investment sector. We’re looking for someone who has a solid analytical mindset and practical experience working with Python and modern data analytics tools.

🤜 Responsibilities:
• Analyze structured and semi-structured data to extract actionable insights
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
• Develop and manage data models and pipelines to ensure clean, reliable data
• Support product and operations teams with ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting logic
• Identify automation opportunities and support process improvement initiatives
• Help maintain best practices around data security, access, and governance

🤜 Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist
• Proficiency in SQL and experience designing and querying relational databases
• Experience with at least one modern BI/visualization tool (Tableau preferred; Power BI, Looker also welcome)
• Solid hands-on Python skills for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality control, and reporting best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to both tech and non-tech stakeholders

• Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, optional ML libraries: XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
