Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of what business processes are and how to analyze them.
• Knowledge and practical use of elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, questionnaires, documentation analysis, observations.
• Ability to gather and manage requirements for several distributed teams.
• Knowledge and practical experience in verifying requirements.
• Proven strong skills in the creation of product technical documentation (SRS, BRD, etc).
• Ability to create wireframes, screen mockups, and prototypes.
• Customer communication skills. Both written and spoken: email, skype, voice.
• Ability to carry on technical discussions with the Development and QA teams.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow corporate standards and practices.
• JIRA/Confluence Software knowledge will be a plus.
• Experience with mobile application requirements, management will be a plus.
• Good English (at least “upper intermediate" both written and spoken)

• Motivated and self-disciplined.
Responsibilities:
• Build an effective communication bridge between business and IT.
• Analyze the functionality of existing products and business processes in order to produce technical documentation (AS IS).
• Elicit and analyze business and users requirements to produce functional and non-functional requirements (TO BE).
• Conduct validation and verification of functional requirements to make sure that the team is going to build the “right product”.
• To support the development team in order to facilitate a development process.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
