Web Analyst

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics, including setup and management
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM) for configuring events and conversions
  • Analysis of user session recordings and heatmaps to identify usability issues and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience analyzing user behavior and customer journeys
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or other data visualization tools
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for working with tags and event tracking
  • Understanding of web analytics and SEO principles
  • Effective communication skills with developers, marketers, and managers
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present analytical data and insights
  • Knowledge of Clarity and VWO tools.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) and/or Google Tag Manager certification
  • Certifications in Hotjar or similar tools
  • Ability to write queries to extract data from databases
  • Experience in marketing, UX design, or CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Experience working with Metabase.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and management of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar
  • Analysis and monitoring of website metrics and user behavior
  • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results
  • Collaborating with the team to improve website performance metrics
  • Formulating and testing hypotheses
  • Defining and configuring goals and conversions.
