Web Analyst
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics, including setup and management
- Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM) for configuring events and conversions
- Analysis of user session recordings and heatmaps to identify usability issues and areas for improvement
- Ability to work with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience analyzing user behavior and customer journeys
- Experience creating reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or other data visualization tools
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for working with tags and event tracking
- Understanding of web analytics and SEO principles
- Effective communication skills with developers, marketers, and managers
- Ability to clearly and concisely present analytical data and insights
- Knowledge of Clarity and VWO tools.
Nice to Have:
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) and/or Google Tag Manager certification
- Certifications in Hotjar or similar tools
- Ability to write queries to extract data from databases
- Experience in marketing, UX design, or CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Experience working with Metabase.
