Chief Operating Officer
We’re looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations for a newly launched iGaming affiliate network, driving performance, compliance, and platform growth from the ground up.
This is a newly launched sub-affiliate project in the online gambling industry, built by seasoned iGaming founders with decades of experience. The project is designed to empower independent affiliates by offering streamlined access to high-converting casino and sportsbook offers worldwide. With a strong focus on transparency, scalability, and profitability, it aims to become the go-to platform for affiliates seeking long-term success with reputable gambling operators.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or sub-affiliate operations;
- Strong understanding of the online gambling landscape (operators, affiliates, compliance);
- Experience with affiliate tracking software (e.g., Income Access, MyAffiliates, Everflow);
- Proven ability to manage performance marketing operations in early-stage or lean environments;
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats across growth, compliance, product, and operations;
- Excellent communication, commercial negotiation, and team-building skills;
- Data-driven and tech-literate, with a strong bias for action;
- Fluent in English (C1–C2 level).
Bonus Points for:
- Experience launching a sub-affiliate program or managing large sub-affiliate networks;
- Established relationships with key affiliates, streamers, or operator affiliate managers;
- Multi-market knowledge (e.g., UKGC, MGA, Curacao-regulated brands)
- Familiarity with crypto casinos, esports betting, or emerging gambling verticals;
- Multilingual (especially Spanish, Portuguese, or German.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Execution
- Define and implement operational processes across all key business functions to support rapid affiliate onboarding, reporting, tech and revenue generation;
- Build and lead the affiliate operations, payments, and customer support functions;
- Manage key platform partnerships (e.g., affiliate tracking software, fraud prevention, KYC providers);
Sub-Affiliate Network Management
- Lead the recruitment across functions, onboarding, and education of new sub-affiliates, sharing the culture and new found opportunity that awaits them working with us;
- Develop and maintain scalable commission structures (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid);
- Establish transparent tracking and real-time reporting capabilities for affiliates;
- Create and enforce policies for sub-affiliate compliance, traffic quality, and responsible marketing.
Product & Platform Development
- Oversee integration of the in-house customized affiliate platform and lead innovation to set a new standard for affiliate networks in the vertical;
- Ensure accurate attribution, click-tracking, and conversion tracking across all campaigns;
- Collaborate with developers/designers to launch dashboards, UI/UX enhancements, promo asset libraries, and data exports.
Operator Relationships & Offer Management
- Coordinate onboarding of casino and sportsbook operator offers;
- Negotiate commission tiers and secure exclusive deals and landing pages;
- Optimize live offers based on affiliate performance and operator KPIs.
Compliance, Risk & Payments
- Build infrastructure for affiliate vetting, fraud monitoring, and traffic quality assurance;
- Ensure all activity adheres to applicable gambling advertising regulations in key markets;
- Oversee monthly payment processing, reconciliation, and resolution of commission disputes.
