Senior/Lead Bonus Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.

Our holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus.

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Bonus Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

— Development and implementation of a unified bonus policy across all departments;
— Alignment of the bonus policy between all departments;
— Establishment of standards for bonus management, issuance conditions, and eligibility criteria;
— Oversight of bonus policy execution and adjustments based on analytics;
— Continuous analysis of bonus program effectiveness and development of optimization strategies;
— Collaboration with developers and product teams for the technical implementation of bonus mechanics;
— Participation in the development of player incentive strategies and user segmentation for bonus offers;
— Market monitoring and integration of best practices in bonuses and player motivation.

Requirements:

— Experience in the gambling or betting industry in a role related to bonuses, marketing, or analytics;
— Understanding of bonus mechanics, player retention strategies, and the economic efficiency of promotions;
— Experience in calculating the economics of individual bonuses, promotional mechanics, and gamification elements;
— Strong data analysis skills, ability to work with key metrics and make data-driven decisions;
— Experience collaborating with technical and product teams;
— Excellent communication and management skills.
