Position Summary

 

We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to own and scale our organic search strategy across multiple international markets. You’ll optimize thousands of product listings and content hubs, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and directly influence revenue growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap for marketplace catalog pages, landing pages and other directories on different locales (the platform is multilingual). 
  • Conduct deep keyword research for high‑value commercial and informational queries across priority regions.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, structured data, internal linking) and drive implementation with engineering.
  • Optimize on‑page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema, images) at scale via templates and automation.
  • Build and manage white‑hat link‑building and digital PR campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO suites.
  • Partner with product, content, and growth teams to align SEO initiatives with business KPIs and product launches.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in e‑commerce; marketplace model experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English (B2 at least) written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Expertise with key SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb) and concepts (schema markup, faceted navigation, JavaScript SEO).
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how web technologies impact crawling and indexing.
  • Data‑driven mindset with advanced skills in analytics.
  • Understanding of technical side of the project and principles of sowtfare development.
  • Strong project‑management skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

 

 

Preferable

 

  • Familiarity with internationalisation (regional content strategies) 
  • Experience in B2B or wholesale verticals.
