Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced React Native Developer to complement our existing project team. If you're someone who loves teamwork, enjoys taking ownership of your tasks, and is genuinely inspired by building meaningful products that improve people's lives, you'll feel right at home.

In your role, you'll be responsible for developing the application from scratch, closely cooperating with your teammates and directly engaging with our clients. If you've previously worked on healthcare-related apps or have experience developing apps with dynamic charts and detailed reports, that's a bonus.

About the project:
The project we will work on is a application focused on wellness and healthcare, designed to improve user well-being through guided practices, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. The platform is built with security, performance, and user-friendliness at its core, aiming to provide a good experience for people looking to enhance their physical health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain new mobile and web applications from scratch using React Native.
• Follow design concepts prepared by UX designer and implement intuitive UI/UX components across platforms.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and clients, gathering requirements and providing updates.
• Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
• Follow best practices for security and compliance, especially in healthcare contexts.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Proven experience with React Native in production environments.
• Ability to develop applications from scratch and take ownership of technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, UI performance optimization, and REST API integration.
• Experience with state management (Redux/MobX/Recoil or similar).
• Good knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and cloud deployment (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Fastlane) – basic level.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) – must be able to interact directly with clients.
• Experience in healthcare or wellness-related projects is a big plus.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native modules development or integration in React Native.
• Familiarity with analytics, notifications, deep linking, and app store deployments.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Detox).
• Background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• UI/UX design skills or experience collaborating closely with designers.
