Lead Generation Manager (with growth to Sales manager)

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager who’s ready to grow, develop, and eventually step into a full-fledged sales role. If you’re looking to join a team that supports your ambitions and invests in your growth – you’re in the right place! 

 

 Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in an outsourcing or outstaffing IT company
  • 2+ years of experience with Upwork and LinkedIn
  • General understanding of software development and IT services
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Identifying and qualifying leads
    • Developing and testing outreach messaging (scripts, templates)
    • Working with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    • Executing cold outreach via multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
    • Analyzing and improving sales pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Motivation to grow into a sales position — we’ll support and mentor you
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Curious mindset and strong desire to learn and develop professionally

     

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with email marketing tools or cold email campaigns (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

     

 Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant outbound channels
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and support the team
  • Generate leads that match our ideal client profile (EU & US market)
  • Prepare and send offers, schedule meetings, and keep communication smooth
  • Join intro/offer meetings
  • Keep the CRM updated and the pipeline clean
  • Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements to outreach strategy, targeting, or messaging
  • Regularly report on progress and KPIs to the sales team lead or CEO
