Operation manager/CIS/IGaming

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1000 specialists.

Our achievements include 8 major projects that are popular among our clients and successfully operate in Tier 1-3 countries. The company attracts and values highly skilled professionals, which allows us to efficiently build processes and successfully expand our presence in new locations. Due to the active growth of our team, we are looking for an Operation Manager.

 

What experience is important to us:

  • You can assess situations with a long-term perspective, anticipate bottlenecks, and have a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
  • You have at least 1 years of experience in similar positions or in consulting, operational management, or analytics.
  • Consistency and psychological resilience to operational routines are your strengths.
  • You are organized and responsible.
  • You have a basic command of English for working with documents.
  • You possess an analytical mindset and strategic planning skills.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, able to explain complex things in simple terms.

 

What you will do:

  • Build internal processes and interdepartmental interaction, automate and optimize them.
  • Evaluate department efficiency and monitor task completion.
  • Implement new operational tools and optimize existing ones.
  • Test new features and services for company implementation.
  • Create knowledge bases and adapt them for different departments.
  • Document regulations, instructions, and business processes.
