Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
International media and content company seeking a highly motivated and organized recruiter based in Ukraine to lead and manage our video editor recruitment operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Recruit and screen video editors in Ukraine – minimum of 50 candidates per month must pass our initial qualification test.
    •    Select and onboard the top 1–3 editors each month from the qualified pool based on performance and fit.
    •    Manage a local team pipeline of freelance video editors to support ongoing content production needs.
    •    Actively recruit on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others to find top international talent.
    •    Expand recruitment efforts to additional areas as the company grows (e.g. scriptwriters, designers, project managers).
    •    Work closely with our content and production teams to ensure talent quality, availability, and retention.
 

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in creative or tech sectors.
    •    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    •    Ability to identify top talent quickly and efficiently.
    •    Comfortable working with performance tests and quality standards.
    •    Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian.
    •    Self-motivated and able to work independently.
