IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:

- At least 1.5-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Upper Intermediate English level is a must
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of software development industry specifics
- Understanding of different recruiting methodologies and tools
- Self-management skills - you know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
- Proactive attitude to work
- Previous work experience with clients/outstaff companies will be a plus

Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes - from the vacancy opening till the candidate’s first working day
- You will work directly with clients - understand their needs, present candidates, schedule interviews, gather feedback etc.
- Source candidates from relevant networks, internal database, referrals
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
