  •  Skilled in campaign logic, smart bidding, and funnel thinking.
  • Performance-driven mindset with ROI obsession.
  • Strong grasp of traffic quality, anti-fraud, and compliance.
  • Hands-on with tracking tools: RedTrack, Voluum, or similar.
  • English level: B1+

 

πŸ“ Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage & optimize DSP campaigns across multiple verticals.
  • Segment audiences, refine traffic sources, and manage bidding strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and apply real-time optimizations.
  • Fight ad fraud with tools like Clean.io and improve traffic purity.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, landers, and ad paths.
  • Work closely with design/dev teams on asset delivery.

 

❗️ Must-Have Tech Stack:

  • RedTrack, Voluum, and Power BI Dashboards.
  • GA4, Clean.io, Google Tag Manager.

 

βœ”οΈ Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with in-app, push, or pop traffic.
  • Programmatic ad buying or RTB ecosystem knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cloaking tools or GEO-redirect setups.
  • Experience scaling offers in high-risk verticals (Crypto, Betting, Nutra).
