🔎 Specialist we are looking for:

- 1+ year Google Ads experience (Search + GDN).
- Know the difference between clicks and business value.
- Familiar with A/B testing, UTM setup, and GAds Editor.
- English: B1+

📍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale GDN campaigns.
- Create retargeting & lookalike flow.
- Work with keyword sets and intent signals.
- Monitor key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL.

❗️ Must-Have Tools:
- Google Ads, GA4, GTM.
- GAds Editor, Keyword Planner.
- Tracking (RedTrack, Voluum).

✔️ Nice-to-Have:
- CRM touchpoints (HubSpot or Mailchimp).
- Google Display Certification.
