Content Writer โ€” Polish Market

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a content writer/copywriter in business, IT, or a related field in Polish languages
  • Fluency in Polish (native speaker or C2 level) โ€” both written and spoken
  • English at B1+ level for internal team communication and working with technical documentation
  • Understanding of business processes and the specifics of the Polish market
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create content in various formats โ€” from long-form articles to short texts for social media and ads
  • Ability to adapt content to different target audiences and business objectives
  • Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into engaging, user-friendly content
  • Experience collaborating with technical experts to gather information and adapt it for a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of visual content support: basic grasp of how text interacts with infographics, screenshots, and UI examples
  • Understanding of UX writing principles โ€” especially for interface content and user guides
  • Awareness of content consumption trends and audience behavior in the Polish market
  • Ability to work with open sources, statistics, and research

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of additional languages (Ukrainian, Spanish, German) for collaboration with an international team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services
  • Experience with AI tools for generating written and visual content (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, MidJourney)
  • Experience writing content for SMM and paid advertising campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Portfolio with Polish-language writing samples
  • Experience working in international teams

Responsibilities:

  • Creating up-to-date Polish-language content for all company communication channels
  • Writing and adapting content for websites, product landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Writing articles, case studies, and news pieces for the company blog and external platforms
  • Compiling company digests, including information gathering and structuring
  • Writing press and post-event releases for the Polish market
  • Writing SEO-optimized content
  • Preparing copy for email campaigns and automated marketing flows
  • Creating briefs for infographics, solution roadmaps, and service visuals
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to meet the content calendar
  • Localizing global company content for the Polish market, with cultural context in mind
  • Preparing articles for Polish media and partner platforms
