We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Content Editor for My Passion.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with a team of 2 writers to create romantic novels — from ideation to final polish
Create writing plans, provide constructive feedback to authors, and improve content quality - Manage a small team: support, growth, and regular communication
- Deliver publishing goals: 3 to 6 books per week (depending on your experience and team setup)
- Integrate AI into the writing and editing processes (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Participate in brainstorms, workshops, and retrospectives with the content strategist and team to analyze book performance.
What we're looking for:
- Confident written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate+). Certifications are a plus
- Strong editing skills and experience with English-language texts (portfolio appreciated)
- Content team experience: coordination, quality control, content management
- Proficiency with AI tools like GPT, Claude, and Gemini — especially for advanced prompting
- Familiarity with BookTok trends and storytelling formats
- Analytical thinking and ownership of results
- Fast learner and proactive communicator
Nice to have:
- Experience in marketing research: analyzing trends on Reddit, Tubular Labs, etc.
