Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

What is the necessary skill set?

-4+ years of experience in designing software and wireframe tools. A portfolio of professional design projects is needed to show the work with web/mobile applications
-experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems
-outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, information architecture skills, and interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility
-a well-developed eye for detail
-experience in collaboration with design team
-experience in collaboration with developer’s team
-an ability to effectively manage time and deadlines across multiple workstreams
-determination to do what’s best for the user, product and brand, even if that conflicts with personal preferences
-conversational English
-experience in communication with clients, requirements displaying, connections maintenance, ability to present one’s own work
-ability to generate ideas and create prototypes rapidly

What should you do?

-gather, summarize and process information from the customer
-make a research and analysis of obtained information
-support customer in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements
-present goals and core functionality of the project to the development team
-develop wireframes and documentation
-create user stories/job stories/use cases
-create information architecture/ flowcharts/ persona
-interact with customers and clarify details to specify the scope of requirements
-design wireframes for web and native mobile applications
-expert evaluation and improvement of existing projects
-competitor analysis
-continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.


Would be a plus:

-understanding of the possibilities and limitations of the layout (HTML5, CSS3)
-experience as Team Lead or desire to become such
