Affiliate Manager (In-house or Outsource)

We’re expanding our affiliate team and looking for two types of Affiliate Managers — depending on your experience and goals.

🟣 Option 1 — Outsource (high % commission, no fixed salary)

Terms:

• 💰 30% of net profit (no tiered commission)
• 🧩 Opportunity to earn extra without quitting your main job
• 🔧 We provide: infrastructure, support, and fast offer onboarding
• 🚫 No micromanagement — just results

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years in affiliate/resell marketing
• Has a warm network of active partners
• Attended international and CIS affiliate conferences
• Currently generating $30K+ in monthly profit but wants a higher cut

🟡 Option 2 — In-house (fixed salary + % commission)

Terms:

• 💼 Fixed monthly salary + profit-based bonus
• 🌍 Remote position, preferably full-time
• 🛠️ Responsibilities: partner hunting, support, CRM, and communications
• 🔄 Flexible workflows and goal-setting

Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing (resell experience preferred)
• Skilled in outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram
• Has an initial partner network
• Resourceful and fast at finding the right contacts
• Bonus: candidates from Ukraine are welcome
