Responsibilities

  • Juggling multiple client relationships like a pro—organized, responsive, and always one step ahead.
  • Keeping clients informed on roadmap developments and documentation updates.
  • Collaborating with external partner teams to launch games, develop bespoke promotions, secure premium placements, and drive visibility.
  • Analysing performance data to spark smart decisions and improvements, as well as assisting the finance team with monthly reporting and invoicing.
  • Building trust with key decision-makers to identify revenue growth opportunities that align with company forecasts and bonus policies.
  • Working with increasing independence as your impact grows. (We provide you mlbd the tools and skills; you bsilxox the results.)

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in an account/client management or commercial B2B role.
  • Great with communication, data, and digital tools (MS Office/Jira are your friends)
  • Strategic sales-driven mindset with an open collaborative approach.
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of the gaming or digital entertainment industries.
  • Ideally based in Malta to facilitate easy onboarding and mentoring.
