Senior FullStack Developer (React+Node.js)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for building scalable applications.
• Advanced knowledge of React.js, its core principles, hooks, and state management libraries.
• In-depth command of Node.js and back-end frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and associated pre-processors or frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with front-end and back-end testing frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software architecture, including microservices.
• Proven project leadership and mentorship capabilities, including code review and team guidance.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Direct the technical architecture to ensure application scalability and performance.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and manage third-party service integrations.
• Enforce code quality and best practices through direct contribution and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth and team collaboration.
• Lead the technical planning and execution of projects from conception to deployment.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full application stack.
• Implement and manage automated testing suites and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting the application.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve development processes.
