HR Administrator (offline)

Job description

CloudSimple is the international product company leveraged by top-notch leading investors (RedPoint, Mayfield, and Microsoft Ventures) with the HQ in San Francisco Bay Area. We are building a large scale distributed platform that deploys and manages private software-defined data centers fully integrated with world-leading public clouds.

Responsibilities

HR-related responsibilities:

- Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
- Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
- Managing our benefits program
- Working with a local accounting consultant on different HR and office matters
- Cooperating with US Office
- Working with different HR documentation
- Meeting candidates
- Organizing corporate and team building events

Office-related responsibilities:

- Interaction with a landlord (office-related matters, like the setup of air conditioning, ISO specific communication, etc)
- Handling deliveries of office supplies
- Supporting the teams for any office related request
- Assisting with business trips for employees

Knowledge and competencies

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRG or in a related field
- Strong written and spoken English
- Solid knowledge of different HR and operational processes in a company

Desirable:

- Experience of work in an IT company or a start-up is a plus
