Business Analyst
We enrich a team and hire a Business Analyst for AI Igaming product.
The product is an AI-powered Retention Intelligence Platform for the iGaming sector, with a primary focus on online slot players. Its purpose is to enable casino platforms to:
- Understand user behavior through data-driven insights
- Engage players via personalized interactions (e.g., quizzes, tailored workflows)
- Retain users with proactive AI assistants and automated processes
Unlike traditional engagement tools, the platform functions as a retention layer across the entire player lifecycle - from onboarding to churn prevention. Using smart automation and AI, it helps casinos predict player needs, prevent drop-offs, and personalize key touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing requirements from different clients.
• Removing chaos with multiple features and directions.
- Client Analysis & Communication: Conduct thorough analysis of the client's business processes, pain points, and goals. Lead discovery sessions and maintain regular communication through structured calls and meetings.
- Vision Development: Translate complex client needs into a clear, actionable product vision. Work with stakeholders to define success criteria and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Service Promotion: Act as a strategic advisor by identifying opportunities where Fourmeta’s services can bring tangible value. Present solutions that highlight our expertise and support business development through consultative selling.
- Documentation & Requirements Gathering: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows, to guide project execution and ensure clarity for all teams involved.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with design, development, and project management teams to ensure business objectives are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
