Lead Generation Manager
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist. You’ll have the chance to work in a unique ecosystem of multiple companies, allowing for valuable experience exchange. You can genuinely influence decision-making, propose your ideas, and be heard. You’ll also get to work on diverse projects of varying complexity across different companies in the ecosystem.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation with a strong focus on qualification, including the ability and desire to make discovery/qualification calls with clients;
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher, both written and spoken;
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Email outreach (including both mass and ABM strategies);
- Confident experience working with 8+ LinkedIn accounts simultaneously and managing 10,000+ email sends monthly;
- Skilled in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building accurate, targeted databases;
- Active use of modern AI tools to optimize outreach workflows;
Organizing calls with potential clients, roadshows, executive & investor searches, and testing marketing hypotheses.
